This weekend I changed the location of the jack plate so that the cord end won't be located on top and press on the center of my chest when the guitar is in playing position. I used a long drill bit and then reamed out the rest. It seemed to take hours.
Next I replaced the missing bridge parts: saddles, claw, springs, etc. I readjusted the saddles to match the new radius. This is a full floating tremolo, so I checked the seating of the stud bushings and used thin superglue to re-seat one of them.
